  • The elevator pad will be installed and the elevator run in single-operator mode while the responsible party is present.
  • Notice requirement: 10 days, unless approved otherwise by the board.
  • No moves through the front door. Movers need to contact the maintenance person on duty — use the intercom at 999, or call directly upon arrival.
  • Moving is not permitted through the front doors of the building. All moves and deliveries must come in through the back garage bay door, parking in the Loading Dock only.
  • Temporary storage of furniture in the lobby during a move is not permitted — all belongings must be loaded directly onto the elevator and taken straight to the unit.
  • The door in the garbage room leading to the outside dumpster area must stay locked at all times when unattended during the move.
Permitted move hours & days
  • Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM or 12:00 PM–3:00 PM (garbage pick-up these mornings)
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or 12:00 PM–3:00 PM
  • Never on Sundays or holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day), unless approved.
